Dr. Rashhi Sharma, PhD
Founder & Academic Director
Dr. Rashhi Sharma, PhD, serves as the Founder and Academic Director of Soul Consciousness Lab®. She is an internationally certified trainer and therapist with advanced credentials across Clinical Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, Life Between Lives facilitation, Transpersonal modalities, Consciousness research, and multidisciplinary spiritual sciences.
Her professional training spans leading institutions in the USA, UK, South America, Europe, and Asia, including the National Guild of Hypnotists (USA), the Michael Newton Institute (USA), the Monroe Institute (USA), Banyan Hypnosis Center (USA), the Faculty of Shamanic Studies (Asia), and other globally recognized bodies.
She is the official trainer for the Monroe Institute (USA) and the National Guild of Hypnotists (USA). She is also a Career Partner for the Michael Newton Institute (USA).
Dr. Rashhi integrates structured therapeutic methodology with advanced consciousness exploration, ensuring that every program delivered under the Institute reflects international compliance, academic rigor, and practical readiness.

Arrjun Sharma serves as Director of Soul Consciousness Lab®, overseeing program operations, participant supervision, and institutional standards.
He is:

Arrjun plays an integral role in student mentoring, training supervision, and experiential program delivery. His operational oversight ensures structured execution, quality control, and alignment with institutional standards across all training cohorts.
Assistant Trainer & Emerging Practitioner
Prabhat Sharma
Prabhat Sharma represents the 2nd generation of practitioners working within the training ecosystem of Soul Consciousness Lab®. Raised in an environment deeply engaged with consciousness exploration and therapeutic practices, he began formal professional training early and contributes to the institute as an Assistant Trainer and practitioner.
He is a National Guild of Hypnotists (USA) certified hypnotherapist, having completed certification in the United States in 2022. He has also completed Past Life Regression and Transpersonal Therapy training in India under Dr. Rashhi Sharma.
His additional training includes Shamanic Practice through the Faculty of Shamanic Studies, and with other Shamans practicing in Europe and Asia. He has also participated in Out-of-Body Experience training programs conducted within the institute, and Sound Healing training in Thailand under Swetlana (Russia) in 2025.
Prabhat is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and contributes to the institute in several areas, including:
• Assistant training support in Past Life Regression and Hypnotherapy programs
• Participation in Shamanism, OBE, and Sound Healing workshops
• Practice facilitation and participant support during experiential training sessions
Alongside his role within the institute, he maintains an independent therapeutic practice offering sessions in:

Within the institute’s long-term training framework, he represents the emerging 2nd generation of practitioners developing within the structured lineage of Soul Consciousness Lab.
