Soul Consciousness Lab®
Therapy Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every session offered by Soul Consciousness Lab® — clinical hypnotherapy, past life regression, Life Between Lives®, QSR™, future life exploration, psychic reading, mediumship and shamanic sessions.
They are longer than most. That is deliberate. This work reaches into private material, and a person deciding whether to begin deserves to understand what is being offered, what is not, and what we can and cannot say about outcomes.
Part One applies to all sessions. Part Two covers what is specific to each method.

Terms Applying to All Sessions
Before You Contact Us
Please read the page describing the session you are considering, and these terms, before you write to us.
This is not a formality. People who arrive having understood what the work is tend to get considerably more from it, and the conversation we have with you is far more useful when it starts from your actual questions rather than the basic ones the website already answers.
What We Offer — and What We Are Not
Our sessions are offered as complementary support for reflection, meaning, emotional integration, ritual and personal exploration.
We are not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, and we do not treat medical or psychiatric conditions. Nothing we offer replaces medical, psychiatric or psychological care, and we will never suggest that you reduce, delay or stop treatment you are receiving.
Where what you need sits outside what we can responsibly offer, we will tell you and point you elsewhere.
The Booking Process
Sessions cannot be booked immediately, and this is by design.
Every client goes through a structured process before a session is confirmed:
- an initial discussion of what brings you and what you are hoping for;
- a detailed explanation of the method, what it involves and what it does not;
- an in-depth conversation with our Director, Mr. Arrjun Sharma, in which every open question is addressed;
- a further assessment of suitability;
- and only then, if it is right for you, confirmation of a session.
This normally takes three to seven days. We are not able to shorten it. This work asks a great deal of a person, and beginning it without proper assessment and understanding wastes your time and money as well as ours.
Sessions Are Arranged With You, Not For You
We speak directly with the person who will attend. We do not accept bookings made on someone else's behalf, however well intended.
A family member or friend may of course make the first enquiry, but the assessment conversation happens with the client themselves, and the decision to proceed must be theirs. Someone brought to this work under pressure will not benefit from it, and we will not proceed on that basis.
Where another person pays for a session, that arrangement gives them no rights over it and no access to what is discussed. See section 24.
Informed Consent
Consent is given by you directly, in advance, and knowingly. Before any session you will understand what is proposed, what it involves, and what its limits are.
Consent can be withdrawn at any point, including during a session, without explanation and without any consequence to how you are treated.
Minors
We work with young people in limited circumstances and with additional safeguards.
- Clinical hypnotherapy may be offered from age 12, with written consent from a parent or legal guardian and a detailed suitability assessment.
- Regression, Life Between Lives®, QSR™, future life exploration and shamanic sessions are offered to adults only (18+). These methods ask a person to work with material surfacing from their own subconscious, and that is not appropriate work for a child or young person.
Where a minor is seen:
- written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required in advance;
- the young person's own willingness is required — guardian consent alone is not sufficient, and we will not proceed with a young person who does not want to be there;
- a parent or guardian is present throughout, or immediately contactable and in the same building for online sessions;
- the young person is never left unaccompanied with a practitioner;
- we ask what is age-appropriate to keep private and what the guardian will be told, and we are clear with the young person about this from the start.
Where a young person's needs point to child and adolescent mental health support, we will say so and refer rather than proceed.
Suitability and Contraindications
These methods are not appropriate for everyone, and depth is not always what a person needs.
We do not offer hypnosis, regression, QSR™ or future life exploration where a person is experiencing:
psychosis or schizophrenia · bipolar disorder in an acute phase · a diagnosed dissociative disorder · active suicidal thoughts or recent self-harm · severe untreated depression · recent psychiatric hospitalisation · significant cognitive impairment or dementia · epilepsy or a seizure history without clearance from a physician · intoxication or active substance dependence · a personality disorder in crisis.
We also do not proceed where a person is unable to give informed consent, or where they appear to be attending under pressure from someone else.
This is not a judgement on anyone. It reflects that these methods can intensify what a person is already carrying, and that qualified clinical care is what serves them better at that point. Where we decline, we will explain why and help you find appropriate support.
Health Disclosure
You are asked to disclose relevant physical and mental health history, current diagnoses, psychiatric or psychological treatment you are receiving, and any medication you are taking.
This is used only to assess suitability and to keep you safe. Withholding it puts you at risk and may mean we end work already begun. Where you are under psychiatric or psychological care, we may ask that your treating clinician is aware you are doing this work.
No Guarantees
Nothing about outcome is promised or guaranteed, at any point, by anyone at Soul Consciousness Lab®.
We can describe what a method is, how a session is structured, and what clients have described afterwards. We cannot tell you what it will do for you, and we will not pretend to.
Your fee pays for the practitioner's time, expertise, preparation and guidance through a structured process. It does not purchase a result. Results depend on factors neither we nor you fully control — including what you bring, how you engage, and what is ready to move.
How Many Sessions You Will Need
We cannot tell you in advance, and we will not guess.
Two people bringing what sounds like the same concern may need very different amounts of work. What determines it includes the complexity of what is held, how long it has been held, how many separate concerns are involved, a person's own awareness, and how deep the roots go.
Anyone who tells you a fixed number before working with you is guessing, and we would rather be honest than reassuring. We review with you as the work proceeds.
This is also why we do not sell session packages. See section 20.
One Intention Per Session
We will discuss everything you wish to bring. But in each session we work with one primary intention, because that is how the mind engages this work and attempting several at once serves none of them.
Sometimes several concerns share a common root, and addressing one shifts others. Sometimes they do not. Neither outcome can be predicted beforehand.
Therapy Is a Process
This work is not a single dramatic event that resolves everything. It unfolds, often gradually, and different methods work differently and at different speeds.
Some changes are apparent within days. Some settle over weeks. Some are noticed only in retrospect, when a person realises they no longer react as they once did. Whether something can be addressed in a single session is not a question anyone can answer in advance.
Measuring Change
There is no meaningful way to express change from a session as a percentage, and we will not offer a figure we do not believe in.
What we can do is talk with you about what has shifted, what has not, and what that suggests about the work ahead.
The Nature of Material That Arises
In hypnosis and regression, what surfaces may feel vivid and real, or it may feel like imagination, or like something in between. All of these are normal, and the sense of "making it up" is one of the most common experiences clients report. It does not mean the session is not working.
Material arising in a session is worked with for its therapeutic and symbolic meaning. It is not treated as verified historical fact.
We do not represent anything that emerges as literal biographical truth, and it must not be used as a basis for accusations against another person, for legal proceedings, or for decisions affecting others.
We do not provide medico-legal reports, expert testimony, or documentation for legal, custodial or immigration purposes.
We ask you to understand this properly before booking. It is explained in more detail in the material we share during the booking process.
Spacing Between Sessions
Integration takes time, and sessions spaced too closely undercut each other. Indicative intervals:
| Method | Typical gap between sessions |
|---|---|
| Clinical Hypnotherapy | 2 to 3 weeks |
| Past Life Regression & Integrated Regression | 4 to 6 weeks |
| QSR™ | 1 week |
| Future Life Exploration | 4 weeks |
| Quantum Psychic Reading | 1 week |
| Life Between Lives® | 4 to 12 months |
| Shamanic Sessions | Case by case, guided by divination following each session |
These are guides, not rules. The interval right for you is decided with you.
Session Duration
Durations given for each session type are indicative. We do not work to a fixed clock, and sessions may run shorter or longer as the work requires.
A longer session is not a better session, and a shorter one is not a lesser one. Effectiveness comes from what happens, not from how long it takes.
Online and In-Person
All sessions, including shamanic work, are offered online and in person. Both are equally effective; this is well established in our own practice and in the wider literature.
For online sessions you are responsible for arranging, and checking in advance:
- a stable internet connection;
- a device you can operate confidently without assistance;
- headphones;
- a private room where you will not be interrupted or overheard for the full session;
- somewhere you can sit or lie comfortably;
- a quiet setting, with notifications silenced.
Please test your setup beforehand. Time lost to technical problems at the start of a session cannot always be recovered.
During a Session
Emotion may surface strongly. This is a normal and often valuable part of the work, and you will be supported through it. No session is ended while you are still in the middle of something; the practitioner closes and grounds the work properly before finishing.
If at any point you feel unsafe, say so and the session stops. Where a session is stopped for this reason while it is in progress, your fee is refunded. This applies during the session, not afterwards.
Between Sessions, and Crisis
Between sessions you may contact Dr. Rashhi Sharma by email. This is for questions about your process and integration. Telephone contact between sessions is not offered.
Please allow three to seven days for a reply. Email is not monitored continuously, and a considered answer is worth more than a fast one.
We are not a crisis or emergency service. We do not provide out-of-hours support and cannot respond urgently.
If you are in crisis, at risk of harming yourself, or need immediate help, contact emergency services, your doctor or psychiatrist, or a crisis helpline. Please do so rather than waiting for an email reply.
Fees and Payment
Fees are payable in full before a session is confirmed.
The same fee applies to every client — Indian, non-resident Indian and international alike. We do not price by nationality or by where someone lives.
Fees are shared with you during the booking conversation, once we understand what you are bringing and which method is appropriate. They are not published, because the right session for you is not something either of us knows before that conversation.
Our fees reflect the practitioner's time, expertise and the structured process around each session, and they are not negotiated. We do not offer discounts, and additional payment does not secure an earlier appointment or any other preference. Appointments are allocated on readiness and availability, never on what someone is willing to pay.
We do not sell packages
You will never be offered a bundle of sessions at a fixed price, and this is a matter of principle rather than policy.
Selling a package means claiming to know in advance how many sessions you need. We have said in section 10 that nobody can know that — and a practice that sells a block of three to someone who needed two has taken money for work that was never required.
Each session is paid for individually, as it is booked. If two sessions are enough, you pay for two.
If fees change during your work with us
A session already booked and paid for holds the fee agreed at the time of that booking.
However, fees are not fixed for the whole of your work with us on the basis of your first session. Where our fees are revised between one session and the next, the current fee applies to each new session you book. We are not able to hold historic rates open indefinitely, and we will always tell you before you book rather than afterwards.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
- Rescheduling is possible where you tell us at least 7 days before your session.
- Less than 7 days' notice, or non-attendance, means the fee is forfeited.
- Once a session is booked, fees are not refundable, and once a session has been completed there is no refund in any circumstance.
- A session is not refunded because it did not feel as expected. There is no objective measure of a good or bad session, and the value of this work is frequently not apparent immediately.
The one exception: where you stop a session while it is in progress because you feel unsafe, your fee is refunded. See section 18.
Where we must reschedule, we will give you as much notice as we can and offer the earliest suitable alternative, or a full refund if you prefer.
The Session Space
- Sessions may not be recorded by clients, in audio or video, at any time.
- No third party may be present unless agreed in advance. For minors, see section 6.
- Please do not attend having consumed alcohol or any recreational substance. A session will not proceed if you have.
- Continue prescribed medication as your doctor advises, and tell us what you are taking.
- You may feel deeply relaxed or inward for some time afterwards. Plan not to drive immediately, and keep the time after a session quiet where you can.
Your Responsibilities
This work is collaborative, and what you bring shapes what is possible.
- Disclose your health history and circumstances honestly, and tell us if they change.
- Arrive on time. Lateness reduces the time available; it does not extend the session.
- Engage with any integration or aftercare agreed with you.
- Tell us if something is not working, rather than leaving quietly.
Confidentiality
What you share stays with us. This is absolute, subject only to the narrow limits set out below.
- Session content is never discussed with anyone outside the practitioner working with you.
- Where a family member or another person arranges or pays for your session, they receive no information about its content. Not what was discussed, not what emerged, not our assessment. If you wish them to know something, you tell them.
- Your identity is never disclosed, and we do not confirm to anyone that a named individual is or has been a client.
- We do not use your material, even anonymised, in teaching, writing or promotion without asking you separately and receiving explicit permission for that specific use. Anonymity is not consent.
- Testimonials are published only where you have agreed to that use, and you may withdraw that agreement at any time.
The limits. We would rather state these than imply an absolute we could not honour. Confidentiality may be broken only where:
- there is a serious and immediate risk to your life or safety;
- there is a risk of serious harm to another person;
- there is a concern about the safety of a child or vulnerable adult;
- we are compelled by law.
Wherever possible we would discuss this with you first.
Online sessions are conducted over third-party platforms whose servers may be located outside India. We use reputable providers, but no online platform can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and you should know this when choosing an online session.
Records and Data
We keep brief professional records of sessions — intake information, the intention worked with, and notes needed for continuity of care. These are stored securely and are accessible only to the practitioner working with you.
We collect only what is needed for your care and for our own professional obligations. Records are retained for two years following your last session, and are then securely destroyed.
You may ask what we hold about you.
Our Right to Decline or End Work
We may decline to begin, or choose to end, work with a client. Reasons include: the work is not suitable or is no longer serving you; information material to your safety was withheld; conduct towards the practitioner is abusive or disrespectful; or you are better served by a different kind of professional.
Where we end work already begun for reasons other than conduct, we will discuss it with you and, where appropriate, refund sessions paid for but not delivered.
Concerns and Complaints
If something about your experience with us has not been right, please tell us. Our Ethical Standards set out the principles we hold ourselves to and how concerns are handled. Every concern is acknowledged within seven days and looked into properly.
Liability and Governing Law
Sessions are offered as complementary support. Decisions you take following a session are your own, and we are not responsible for actions taken on the basis of material that arose in one.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the session concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore have jurisdiction.
Session-Specific Terms
These cover only what differs from Part One.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Online or in person · Ages 12+ with guardian consent
Spacing
2 to 3 weeks between sessions.
What to expect
You remain aware and in control throughout. Hypnosis is not sleep and not loss of will — you cannot be made to do or say anything against your wishes, and you can end the session at any point.
One intention is worked with per session. Depth of trance varies between people and between sessions, and light trance is as workable as deep.
Past Life Regression & Integrated Regression
Online or in person · Adults only
Spacing
4 to 6 weeks between sessions, allowing material to integrate.
The nature of the experience
What arises may feel vivid, or may feel like imagination. Both are normal, and the sense of constructing it is among the most commonly reported experiences. It does not indicate that the session is failing.
Section 14 applies with particular force here: material is worked with for its meaning, not treated as verified history, and must not be used as a basis for accusation or legal action.
Life Between Lives® (LBL)
Online or in person · Adults only · Prerequisites apply
Prerequisites
LBL is not a first session. Prior regression experience is required, and suitability is assessed individually before a session is offered.
Duration and spacing
LBL sessions are considerably longer than other sessions — please allow for a full day and plan nothing demanding afterwards.
Where further LBL work is appropriate, the interval is typically 4 to 12 months. This reflects how much a single session gives a person to integrate.
QSR™ — Quantum Soul Re-Alignment
Online or in person · Adults only · Proprietary methodology
Spacing
Approximately 1 week between sessions.
Note
QSR™ is a proprietary methodology developed by Soul Consciousness Lab®. As with every method offered here, no particular experience or outcome is promised.
Future Life Exploration
Online or in person · Adults only
Spacing
4 weeks between sessions.
What this is not
This is exploratory and reflective work. It is not prediction, and nothing arising in a session should be treated as a forecast of your future or used to make decisions about your life, health, finances or relationships.
Material is worked with for insight into direction, motivation and possibility — not as information about events that will occur.
Shamanic Sessions
Online, in person, or at distance · Adults only
Spacing
Determined case by case, guided by divination following each session rather than by a fixed interval.
Distance work
Shamanic work is offered at distance as well as in person and online. Where distance work is agreed, you will know when it is taking place and will receive an account of it afterwards.
Concerns about spirit influence, curses or black magic
Where someone comes to us believing something has been done to them, we take their distress entirely seriously. But we do not confirm such claims as fact, because it is not something anyone can know.
We work with what you are experiencing, we screen carefully for other explanations, and we will never deepen a frightening interpretation in order to extend the work. Anyone who tells you that you are cursed and then sells you the remedy should be left well alone.
Method
We work with the drum and rattle. No psychoactive plant or substance is used, supplied or recommended at any point.
Quantum Psychic Reading (QPR)
Online or in person · Adults only
Spacing
1 week between sessions.
What this is for
QPR sessions are offered for reflection, perspective and personal meaning. They are not a basis for decisions about your health, finances, legal matters or relationships, and nothing arising should be treated as fact or as prediction.
No particular information or insight is promised. What comes cannot be guaranteed, and a session in which little emerges is not refundable.
Evidential Mediumship
Online or in person · Adults only
What to expect
Sessions are offered for reflection, connection and personal meaning. No particular contact, message or piece of information is promised, and what emerges cannot be guaranteed.
A session in which little comes through is not refundable. Nothing arising should be treated as a basis for decisions about your health, finances, legal matters or relationships.
Timing after a bereavement
Where a loss is recent, we ask for a minimum of four to six months before a mediumship session, and we assess readiness individually even then.
This is not an administrative rule. In this tradition the soul is understood to need time to settle before it can reflect back — and the person seeking contact needs to be steady enough to receive whatever comes, including the possibility that little does.
Mediumship is not a substitute for grief support. Where someone is in the acute stage of loss, we will say so and help them find the right support first. The door remains open.
Questions Before You Book
If anything here is unclear, ask us during the booking conversation — that is exactly what it is for. We would far rather spend an extra half hour with you beforehand than have you begin this work without understanding it.
