Can I Do Past Life Regression Training Online?

Online PLR therapy practice session between student of India and USAA

Online Training Dr. Rashhi Sharma June 2026

The short answer is yes — but with significant caveats. Not all online PLR training is equal. This article covers what online training can and cannot deliver, what to look for in any online programme, and how the live online option at Soul Consciousness Lab works in practice for international students.

Direct Answer

Yes — PLR training can be done online, and done well. Soul Consciousness Lab offers a limited live online option (2–4 seats per batch) where online participants join the same onsite batch in real time, receive the same supervised practice sessions, and earn the same MNI-approved, IPHM-accredited certification as onsite students.

However: fully asynchronous online PLR courses — pre-recorded videos with no live supervision — cannot produce practice-ready practitioners. The distinction between live supervised online training and self-paced recorded content is the most important thing to understand before choosing.

The Critical Distinction: Live Online vs Recorded Online

When people ask "can I do PLR training online?" they are usually imagining one of two very different things — and the difference determines almost everything about the quality of training they will receive.

Feature Live online (real-time) Recorded / asynchronous online
Supervised practice sessions Yes — same sessions as onsite No — watch demonstrations only
Real-time trainer interaction Yes — full access to trainer No — pre-recorded, no feedback
Peer practice with other students Yes — with the live batch No — isolated learning
Ability to handle unexpected situations Trained under real conditions Not practised — theory only
Certification quality Full competency-based certification Participation certificate only
Practice-readiness on completion Ready to work with clients Not practice-ready

Important

The majority of "online PLR certification" courses available in India and globally are pre-recorded, self-paced programmes. They may offer a certificate — but the certificate does not reflect the ability to facilitate real sessions safely and effectively. Always ask specifically: how many live supervised practice sessions will I conduct? If the answer is zero or one, the programme will not prepare you for professional practice.

How Soul Consciousness Lab's Live Online Option Works

For International Students

Same Training. Same Supervision. Same Certification.

A limited number of participants — 2 to 4 per batch — may join Soul Consciousness Lab's onsite PLR training programme as live online participants via Zoom. This is not a separate, reduced online programme. It is the same 7-day residential batch, attended in real time.

Online participants attend every session live, conduct the same supervised practice sessions with onsite batch members, receive direct feedback from Dr. Rashhi in real time, and earn the same MNI-approved, IPHM-accredited certification issued at the conclusion of the 7 days.

The setup uses a professional multi-camera Zoom configuration so online participants can see and hear every session clearly. Training runs on Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30) — online participants plan their schedule accordingly.

What You Need for the Live Online Option

  • A stable, reliable internet connection — minimum 10 Mbps recommended
  • A quiet, private room where you will not be interrupted for 13–15 hours per day across 7 days
  • A laptop or desktop with a working camera and microphone — not a phone
  • Zoom installed and tested before the training begins
  • A comfortable chair or mat for practice sessions — you will be facilitating and receiving sessions
  • A practice partner available locally, or paired with another online participant

What Works Differently Online

In our experience running live online alongside onsite participants across multiple batches, a small number of things work differently — not worse, just differently:

  • Practice pairing: Online participants are paired with other online participants or, where possible, with onsite students for supervised practice. The pairing logistics require coordination that is handled by the Soul Consciousness Lab team before training begins.
  • Energy and connection: The immersive quality of 7 days in a residential setting is different from attending via screen. Online participants report strong learning outcomes but acknowledge that the physical presence of the group creates a different quality of experience for onsite students.
  • Time zone management: For participants in the UK, USA, Europe, or Southeast Asia, the IST training schedule requires either early mornings or late evenings depending on your location. This is worth planning carefully before committing.

Who the Live Online Option Is For

The live online option was designed specifically for serious students who cannot travel to Bangalore for the residential training. It is not a compromise — it is a genuine alternative for people in genuine circumstances.

Students have joined online from:

🇮🇪 Ireland 🇺🇸 USA 🇨🇦 Canada 🇬🇧 UK 🇦🇺 Australia 🇸🇬 Singapore 🇲🇾 Malaysia 🇦🇪 UAE 🇳🇿 New Zealand

It is also appropriate for students within India who have genuine constraints preventing residential attendance — though for Indian-based students, onsite is strongly recommended where possible.

Seats are strictly limited: Only 2–4 online seats are available per batch. This limit exists to maintain the supervised practice quality for online participants. Once these seats are filled, online participation is closed for that batch.

The next batch begins July 20, 2026. Speak with our team early if you are considering the online option — these seats fill ahead of the onsite seats.

What to Ask Before Joining Any Online PLR Training

Use these questions to evaluate any online PLR programme — including ours:

  1. Is the training live or pre-recorded? Live real-time participation with the trainer and other students is the only format that produces practice-ready graduates.
  2. How many supervised practice sessions will I conduct? The industry average is 1–3. Soul Consciousness Lab delivers 30–40 per student — online participants included.
  3. Is the certification body independently verifiable? Check the certifying body's own website for the trainer's listing. Soul Consciousness Lab is the only MNI Career Partner in India — verifiable at newtoninstitute.org.
  4. Is the certification issued immediately or after months of case submissions? Competency-based training certifies you at the conclusion of the programme.
  5. What post-training support is included? Building a practice after training requires ongoing mentorship and community access — especially important for online graduates who may not have local peer networks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the live online PLR training option.

  • Yes. Online participants receive the same MNI-approved, IPHM-accredited certification as onsite participants. The certificate does not state "online" — it reflects the same programme, the same competency standards, and the same institutional accreditation. Certification is based on demonstrated skill during supervised practice sessions — not on attendance format.

  • All sessions run on Indian Standard Time (IST), UTC+5:30. Training typically runs from approximately 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST each day across 7 days. For reference: this is 2:30 AM–3:30 PM GMT (UK), 9:30 PM–10:30 AM EST (USA East Coast), and 1:30 PM–2:30 AM AEST (Australia East). We strongly recommend mapping out the daily schedule against your local time before committing to the online option.

  • Online participants are paired for supervised practice sessions — either with other online participants or, where logistics allow, with onsite students. All practice sessions are conducted via Zoom in breakout rooms with supervisor access. Dr. Rashhi and the supervision team join practice sessions to observe and provide real-time feedback. Online participants conduct the same 30–40 supervised sessions as onsite participants.

  • No — a laptop or desktop computer is required. Phone or tablet screens are too small for the 13–15 hour training days and the breakout room practice session format. You need a working camera, microphone, and a stable enough device to run Zoom for extended periods without overheating or battery issues.

  • Brief connectivity interruptions happen and are manageable. However, persistent connectivity problems during a 7-day intensive create significant learning disruption. We recommend: a wired ethernet connection where possible rather than WiFi; a mobile data backup ready to use as a hotspot; and testing your connection speed (minimum 10 Mbps) before the training begins. If connectivity issues are persistent, they are addressed case by case by our team.

  • Onsite — without question, if you can make it work. The residential immersion of 7 days at the training venue creates a quality of learning environment that online participation cannot fully replicate. For students within India, travel to Bangalore and residential attendance is strongly recommended unless you have a genuine constraint that makes it impossible. The online option exists for international students and exceptional circumstances — not as a convenience alternative for India-based students.

  • A maximum of 2–4 online seats are available per batch. Availability for the July 20, 2026 batch should be confirmed directly with our team as seats are allocated on a first-come basis after the selection conversation. WhatsApp us to check current availability.

  • No — post-training support is identical for all graduates regardless of attendance format. Monthly group sessions with Dr. Rashhi, lifetime free practice sessions within the 350+ practitioner community, and 24×7 availability for queries are included for all graduates. For online graduates building practices outside India, the international alumni network is particularly valuable.

Soul Consciousness Lab is the only MNI Career Partner in India. Dr. Rashhi Sharma's credentials are independently verifiable through the Michael Newton Institute, National Guild of Hypnotists, The Monroe Institute, and IPHM.
